Easter 2011

Easter was spontaneous this year. Kelly ended up coming to spend a week with us and so we threw together an Easter meal. I made clover ham in a crockpot. I looked up crockpot ham and this recipe had the best reviews. I must say that it was CLOVERicious. I think we will do maybe 1/2 the clover next time. It was still good and nice to try something different. Kelly made homemade rolls, Omar grilled the corn, and I did the potatoes and green beans. Not too shabby for an Easter meal if I don't say so myself.
